You will also be involved in the the tests carried out internally and, after a few weeks, you help with the preparation of interview reports.On a daily basis, you actively seek out candidates via various online channels and “prescreen” CVs.
You will always be working closely with the internal team.You will help with the writing of job postings and their distribution via recruitment channels.Depending on your language skills, you may help prepare job descriptions as well as various translations.You will also be actively involved in our agency’s administrative work:
filing, various updates, archiving, encryption, etc.Finally, you will contribute to the visibility of proselect by preparing various articles (monthly advice, newsletter, etc.), all under the supervision of your training supervisor.
Your talentsAssertif, proactif et dynamique! You are characterised by your enthusiasm, perseverance and rigour.You want to work autonomously and carry a certain sense of responsibility.You have excellent French spelling and writing skills.You have good IT skills and are able to use MS Office suite, specifically Word and Excel, and social networks.You are available for a minimum of 2 months.
