As an intern at the SourdoughLibrary, your key tasks would include:
Bibliographic Review:
You will conduct thorough literature reviews on sourdough-related studies, helping us to stay abreast of the latest research findings in the field.
Experimental Plan Development:
Applying your scientific knowledge, you'll design comprehensive experimental plans that aim to test hypotheses and answer critical research questions about sourdough and bread production.
Conducting Experiments:
You'll get your hands in the dough, producing sourdough and bread following your experimental plan.
This hands-on experience is a chance to apply learned theories in practice.
Data Analysis:
You'll analyze the results of your experiments using microbiology, biochemistry, and sensory evaluation techniques, contributing to our understanding of the complex world of sourdough.
By performing these key tasks, you will not only contribute significantly to our research efforts but also gain invaluable real-world experience in the field.
Profile Master studies in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related field Passion for sourdough and bread production Sense for detail, self-motivated, eager to learn, curious, organized, autonomous Communication skills would be a plus Practical info’s Period of the internship :
