Key accountabilities You will review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates, highlighting key skills, qualifications, and experiences.
You will send initial emails or messages to candidates to confirm interest and gather basic information, coordinating initial screening calls or interviews.
You will assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics, ensuring candidates receive all necessary information regarding interviews.
You will provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing calendars.
You will support the coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees and help with the training registration.
You will help gather the signatures for different contracts and documents from other business departments.
Who are we looking for? You are currently following a bachelor or master in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, Communications, or other related fields that align with our requirements.
You possess strong organizational skills.
You are motivated and eager to learn.
You are communicative and can effectively convey your thoughts and ideas.
Trustworthiness and reliability are traits that define you.
You thrive as a team player, collaborating and contributing to collective goals.
Fluent in English and Dutch/French (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
