What will you be doing? As an intern Human Resources, you will make a difference by supporting and advising the Human Resource team.
You will participate in the roll-out of various change projects, which aim to put employees even more at the centre of our HR policy:
Transition to a culture of continuous feedback, with focus areas in performance management, career paths, development & wellbeingClarifying the internal employer brandImproving employee experiences at crucial moments (such as starting at BDO, a change of position, You can also gain experience in other HR areas, such as recruitment and selection, payroll and personnel administration.
