An overview of your responsibilities:
Providing professional support and service to our customers and Sales Managers.
Processing and following up on customer orders from A to Z, in your market segments and regions.
Working closely with colleagues from other departments such as Supply Chain, Production Planning, Quality andĀ Finance to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceed customer expectations.
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key accounts and maintaining them.
Proactively identifying and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Informing customers about our products and services.
Proactively contributing to the development and monitoring of forecasts.
Supporting in reporting Sales KPIs and preparing management meetings.
Being alert to inefficiencies in the order/customer service process and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Gradually taking on the role of InternalSales where you independently manage a customer portfolio and manage/assign new leads.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages ??is a plus.
Experience in key account management and customer service.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with SAP and a CRM package (Salesforce) or eager to quickly learn.
Ability to work well in a team.
