We are recruiting an InternalCommunicationsSpecialist for KI (Knauf Insulation).
This position reports hierarchically to the Head of Brand and Marketing Communication, based in the Brussels or Visé offices in Belgium.
The purpose of this function is to temporarily replace a person in his/her position.

Do you have excellent writing and communication skills in English? Can you manage several projects simultaneously and are you customer, efficiency and quality oriented? Are you a person who takes initiative and knows how to challenge dossiers? Are you a team player with a desire to join an international company ? What you’ll be doing:
Support and execute the internalcommunications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
Create and deliver internalcommunications content, including Viva Engage (internal comms platform) updates, intranet content (Knauf Home) , videos, and presentations.
Work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internalcommunications and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internalcommunications are timely and relevant.
Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture.
Assist with Brand communications & brand roll out & governance - ensuring all employees are informed and up-to-date.
Maintain the company’s internal communication tools & support the Roll Out of Knauf Home (new intranet), ensuring central departments are up to date.
Support internal events coordination and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
3+ years of experience in internalcommunications , corporate communications, or related field Excellent writing and editing skills in English Strong project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organisation Knowledge of best practices for internalcommunications Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools is a plus (internal email software, intranet, etc.) Digital skills :
SharePoint, PowerPoint, Adobe suite (nice to have, not a must), Contentfull (nice to have not a must), Language skills :
English professional proficiency (absolute must) , FR/German nice to have We will provide:
