You show high interest in Digital media, marketing technology as well as of IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviors.
In addition, you can priorities and has broad knowledge of business planning process as well as of operational plans and goals including follow up on KPIs.
Finally, you possess good knowledge stakeholder management.

In the role as Country IntegratedMediaLeader, you are responsible for executing multichannel integratedmedia strategy, maximizing marketing ROI.
You are also responsible for identifying audiences and media solutions/local content needs to provide effective and efficient country marketing plans.
You will:
• Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals • Be responsible for development and implementation of IntegratedMedia plan across paid, earned and owned media, on and offline, and providing sufficient content needs to local media agencies to ensure locally adapted marketing • Be responsible for budget management of your campaigns to maximize return on investment, and you ensure that the media agency conducts the right negotiations. • Support Marketing Performance Leader with Media Performance analysis, including media auditing, cost-efficiency analysis, monitoring and reporting on cost-benefit ratio • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact • Guarantee the integrated multichannel executions/output in order to contribute to the business goals • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA • Support all initiatives within and outside commercial included in the agreed communication plan In this role you will report to the IntegratedMedia Manager.
This role is located in Zaventem. IKEA ZaventemFlanders
