You are also responsible for prospecting and integrating new Professionals entering the network in relation to various stakeholders.Animation of the Partner portfolioPrepare and conduct periodic reviews with the Professionals (scheduled according to the segmentation of the Professional) using Dashboard data and feedback and/or expectations from the sales department (customer complaints, etc.).Provide a report for each review and identify the actions and reciprocal commitments made with the Professional.Ensure feedback loop to the responsible party for the heat pump activity and the relevant project manager.Identify expectations and/or complaints received from Professionals and propose improvement suggestions.Participate in the periodic development of the Dashboard (data from our database) to monitor the activity and quality of the Network Professionals.Plan and conduct periodic meetings with the heat pump teams (marketing, project managers, partnerships) on operations with the Professionals:

prospecting with SMEs or craftsmen, sales representative in the distribution of technical products.
