§ Manage all activities related to sales orders.§ Work closely with the Salespeople to ensure all requests are clear and explained well to the factory / colleagues in China / Vietnam or Turkey§ Arrange shipments§ Communicate effectively to your colleagues to ensure smooth operations.§ Following up stock levels in our online warehouse.§ Handling orders from first quotation up to final delivery and invoicing.§ Ensure efficient and quick response to the salespeople or customers.

You can easily master English and preferably Mandarin Chinese and can handle a multitude of tools.
You are knowledgeable in logistics and an efficient communicator.Ø Strong communication skills.Ø Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.Ø Project management skills.Ø Deliver work with accuracy and to the highest standards with an eye for detail.Ø Work on own initiative, able to take decisions when necessary.Ø A team player, sharing skills and ideas to ensure the best outcome for business and the team.Ø You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and you know how to deal with stressful situations.Ø You are positive, customer oriented and solution oriented.Ø You are eager to learn and open for change.Ø You understand the complexities of logistics, incoterms, and payment methods.Ø Excellent in using Office tools:
Excel, Outlook and Word.Ø Preferably minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.Ø Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
Knowledge of other languages (Mandarin, French, German,…) is a strong asset.!
