Monitor and maintain:
Ensure smooth operation of our infrastructure, providing vital support and troubleshooting when needed.
Change management:
Act as the main contact for change requests, implementing updates and improvements seamlessly.
Adherence to standards:
Follow the BOM (Bill Of Material) for hardware and licenses, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
Upgrade projects:
Drive upgrade projects, migrating old installations to the latest architecture, boosting performance and security.
What we value Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in setting up and configuring infrastructure components such as Switches, Hypervisors, Firewalls, and Backups (VMWare, pFsense, Synology, eWON).
Strong understanding of Cybersecurity principles, particularly ISO 27001 compliance.
Familiarity with remote monitoring tools like Nagios and proficiency in scripting languages such as Ansible.
Experience predominantly in a Windows environment, with the ability to effectively document infrastructure using tools like Visio.
Analytical mindset with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies.
Proactive problem-solver with good communication skills in English and French.
