With this goal in mind, several of our product lines are working together in the initiative to combine their respective expertise and extensive market experience for an innovative end-to-end solution.
You will play a central role in delivering high quality software by aligning and coordinating all teams involved, improving the process and ensuring release quality and compliance to deliver value iteratively and efficiently.
In this role, you will report directly to the responsible Vice President.
Tasks Planning and maintaining the software release schedule across the product lines involved Management and coordination of releases, such as testing and deployment Monitoring and reporting on the progress and performance of the release Resolving issues and dependencies that may arise during the release process to ensure a successful, timely and cost-effective release Coordinating the timely resolution of high priority defects Maintenance of release documentation Management of the release process, including capacity and risk management Continuous optimization of the approval process to minimize dependencies between the teams involved and ensure transparency in implementation Ensuring appropriate communication and transparency throughout the approval process Collaborate with colleagues from development, operations and other areas to ensure smooth approvals and highlight deficiencies in these areas to program management Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards Maintaining a good relationship with all relevant stakeholders, e.g.
by involving them in the approval process and supporting them Ensuring regular reporting/provision of information on activities to all parties involved Qualification Completed studies in computer science, information technology or comparable More than 5 years of professional experience in project management within software development and/or release management Proven track record/ hands-on experience of software releases Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of software development and release processes Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methods Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English (level C1/C2) Benefits Motivated by our values & vision, we are driving digital transformation for our customers - for a more digital, efficient and sustainable engineering and construction industry.
