Identify recurring problems and develop preventative measures to minimize downtime.
Evaluation of new technologies and methods to ensure the availability of IT systems.
Implementation of standards for service quality and continuous monitoring of systems Close cooperation with other IT departments, in particular first-level support and second-level support Evaluating new technologies and methods to ensure the availability of IT systems and problem prevention.
Creation of comprehensive documentation of solution approaches and best practices.

Knowledge of shipbuilding or experience with industry-specific requirements is an advantage.
Several years of experience in IT, ideally in the field of advanced problem solving.
In-depth technical knowledge and experience in tackling complex IT challenges.
