Project management of product transfer projects between Barco Suzhou and other Barco plants with reasonable cost and delivery time.
Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
Above 5 years with process & project management experience.
Experience in display industry is preferred.
Competencies:
Strong project management abilities.
Full operations cooperation and ownership.
Rich experience of team management and coaching.
Be able to influence & inspire team member.
Able to manage and execute multiple, complex tasks and deal with work pressure.
Good Communication skills and fluent English abilities both in oral & written.
Analytical thinking with self-initiatives & positive working attitude.
Good knowledge of lean and continous improvement.
PMI/PMP certificate is a plus
