Our Process Solutions department is a pioneer in the field of New Energy and supplies, designs, builds and maintains advanced solutions for the energy sector, especially for the Oil & Gas industry.
We are looking for an EngineerIndustrialAutomation as an extension of our engineering team for current and new projects.
This engineering team mainly deals with automation and digitalization, such as plant automation, unit control systems and telemetry systems.
What does the position look like? As an Engineer you will be a #FutureMaker in the field of industrialautomation & digitalization for onshore and offshore installations.
We do not supply standard products, instead we devise and deliver solutions that allow customers to work better, faster and more efficiently.
That means making smart use of diverse products and suppliers, to ultimately deliver a total installation.
As an Engineer, you are part of the solution because you know which products and which suppliers to use to solve problems.
Within our Business Unit the dividing line between the departments is very thin; together we make sure that the work gets done in a pleasant way.
You have your own responsibility and plenty of room to tackle your work your way.
The emphasis is on engineering from our office in Huizingen or your home office, in addition you will perform test work outside the office and commissioning at home and abroad.
You work in a small team and you have regular contact with fellow engineers and project managers with whom you are jointly responsible for project realization from the detail engineer phase to commissioning.
You work alternately in the preparation phase and in the commissioning phase of a project, so the tasks and responsibilities are very varied.
For example, you will be involved in:
- Creating a detail design for a customer problem; - Maintaining contact with the customer, supplier or third parties; - Perform and/or supervise commissioning; - Ensuring that installations are designed and delivered according to and in compliance with the requirements; - Working out and testing the total concept with the hardware and software.
What do we expect from you? As an IndustrialAutomation & Digitalization Engineer you are responsible for the detail engineering of projects and/or modifications and have a wide variety of hardware and software engineering tasks.
The systems we deliver must be configured, installed and tested before they can be commissioned at the customer's site.
This is followed by the commissioning phase in which all preparatory work is carried out.
You have a completed Master or Bachelor degree in the direction:
ElectroMechanics, Automation or similar.
If you have a completed education in this direction and you are motivated to develop yourself further in addition to your work by following studies and/or other courses, we are also looking for you.
Interest in and/or knowledge of (at least 3 or more of the following items) - Automating processes and/or machinery; - Electrical design tools:
EPLAN, Autocad; - PLC:
TIA Portal S7-1200/1500; - HMI:
WinCC, WinCC flexible / TIA Unified (PC based / Panels); - Process control system:
PCS7; - Corrective maintenance, especially within industrialautomation; - Communication protocols:
Ethernet, Profibus, ProfiNET, Modbus (TCP), Telemetry, OPC; - Setting up IT systems, such as PCs, VMs, Network equipment, KVM switches;Additional Features:
