Accountable for site construction:
supervise the site construction of sites up to final acceptance by the customer.Secure the tracking tool update (dedicated achievements) is performed properly and in time by the partner.Responsible for forecasting dedicated inspections visits (internal audit).Highlight on any quality/safety work issues.Propose solution to specific operational issues related to partner site construction.Verify and approve work you're doing related to Site Design.Has a push/pull attitude with the different partners to improve results, respecting priorities.Maintains a data quality layer on multiple reporting tools.Participates in site by site review and alignment with project members–Implementation manager, Project Manager.Responsible to verify site integration readiness.Responsible to follow and track punch clearance with partners till final acceptance of site construction.Drive the construction planning with the partner up to final punch clearance.Main Detailed Activities:
Analyze, challenge, approve and eventually participate to initial site visits in order to provide the best solutions in terms of design and costs.
Ensure the report is filled in and signed by all parties.Verify and approve the LS Drawings based on solution defined on site.Verify important achievements are completed by the partner eg.:
Power offer request.Verify Kick-Off visit prerequisites are there and handshake it with partners (Building Permit, Lease, Health file, Stability study, Transmission, PIF)Analyze, challenge, approve and eventually participate to the Kick-Off visits and align the final solutions/scenario before BOQ production.Verify the update of the PIF.Verify and approve the In-building design (PDD/DDD) Drawings based on final solution defined on site.Challenge the partner BOQ and verify alignment with the final solution/scenario defined (including adaptation/clean-up of existing situation on site if any).Ensure SOP IN is done and signed before start of works.Follow-up of partner and planning approval/alignment (Start of Works, End of Works, integration and check the delivery of the partner checklist).Site construction follow-up.Follow-up of the different results needed during and after sites construction (EWC, Safety documents, PIF, SOP OUT, Architect Acceptance Report, As-Built package)Check the accuracy of the PIF content and request the PIF document validation.Support and verify Site integration together with partner.Secure punch clearance with the partner.Responsible to declare site is ready for HO2OPS once all punches are solved, radio is accepted, and As-Built package is ready.Participate to site visit with the partner once the As-Build package is available (when necessary).Secure Database is updated to maintain forecast accuracy on different main project achievements.Participation to recurrent meetings for progress, planning alignment and solving with partners and Implementation manager.Participation (upon request and need) to Customer meetings in order to present specific cases.You will bring:

Master degree or equivalent by experience.Minimum 5 years of Indoor -In-Building - Site Engineering/ Engineering coordination experience in Indoor -In-Building - Acquisition and Network DeploymentHas a good understanding about the network optimization constraint and design solution linked to the interaction between outdoor and indoor coverage.Excellent knowledge of telecom business.Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.Human Competence:
