In your role as a teamleader, your tasks will include:
Task delegation within the department and people managementPrioritization managementImplementation and management of new projects in coordination with the IT ManagerPurchasing management and budget monitoringProposing technological architectures to support necessary developments in the IT Master Plan.Together with the team, you will oversee and participate in the following:
Daily administration of systemsExecution of migrationsEstablishment and maintenance of the virtual environmentBackup system managementInternal and external network management and monitoringSystem monitoringInstallation of new serversAdministration of databases and storageDesign, adaptation, and maintenance of the technological infrastructure architecture of the Cliniques, including the optimal and secure use of data storage and medical imaging, server parks, databases (Oracle/SQL), local network, multi-site connectivity, and communication between heterogeneous systems via recognized standards in the field.Design and maintenance of documentation for this architecture using an Enterprise Architecture software, consolidating it with documentation for deployed applications, process mapping, and organizational charts.Identification of components potentially eligible for decentralized, shared, or cloud-based operation.Cohesion of the Disaster Recovery Plan, including planning and conducting tests and regular revision of procedures (JCI) related to the restoration of operations (RTO/RPO).ProfielBachelor's or Master's degree in ICT is essentialMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleBilingual in FR/NL and technical knowledge of EnglishPrevious experience in team managementKnowledge of:
