Able to understand the Group IT Strategy and, with limited and goal-oriented supervision, is responsible for performing professional level business systems and processes analysis and project management activities including:
planning, designing, implementing and AMS contractualization of world-wide business applications.
He/she have a proficient understanding of a multinational environment and processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain) preferably faced with SAP ERP on local/international footprint.
He/she will significantly operate on complex Application landscape rationalization, full lifecycle projects implementation as well as set, follow and maintaining best practices and standards; experiences on industrial automation middleware and tool are appreciated (e.g.
Informatica, BizTalk, SAP-PI, IoT and integration with PLC).
Work location is in Cementir Group Operating company premises in Tournai (BE).
Key Accountabilities Primary objectives include but are not limited to:
Understand the Group IT strategy and translate it in projects/initiatives able to extend the Group Landscape in the Regions Performs in autonomy project management and participates on project teams responsible for system implementation and upgrades for system that include but are not limited to:
international Fleet Management systems & web application GPS integrated Logistic application interfaced with SAP and with plant automation (e.g.
weighbridge, PLC data reading, manufacturing batching system) Middleware (e.g.

Stay current with technology evolution, potentials and selection drivers Propose and define testing and development environment suitable for testing and evaluation of new technologies Prepares project work plans and timelines, monitors project milestones and reports project progress to management Creates and maintains standards, procedures, and documentation related to area of responsibility Supervise external vendor execution and coordinate IT activities with Local IT personnel Effectively communicates with all levels of the organization; participates in/on a variety of meetings, groups, and/or committees to communicate about process analysis of existing procedures and systems, determine cost/benefit and complexities of new processes and projects, prepare for testing, discuss the roll-out of new projects and software upgrades, and/or discuss other applicable issues Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience on managing Applications and Applications Projects experienced on full-cycle project management and implementation on international software solution experienced on managing international suppliers, contracts, staff and deal effectively with staff leadership and support, including meeting regularly to discuss progress of work, resolve problems, and ensure that standards for quality and quantity of work are met Knowledge of enterprise system architecture, real time interfaces, formal database architecture Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure; experienced on working goal-oriented Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes Solves complex problems with creative solutions Places emphasis on internal customer satisfaction Appreciated :
knowledge of SAP ERP System Knowledge of IT Standard ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF Other Requirements International Travel:
up to 25% - varies based on project requirements Some off-shift work will be necessary to support project implementation, application changes and/or conversions that are required to be done on a multiple time-zone environment and during hours that do not impact normal business operation.
