The Profile You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support or Network Engineer / Systems Engineer role.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have working knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Printer Installation, Remote support, bootable usb, Installing, Troubleshooting, Configuring and Office 365 You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
