YOUR TASKS:
Process support requests and log them in the ITSM applicationProviding support over the phone and manning the walk-in desk during office hoursImplementing solutions for incidentsMonitor open tickets with involved vendors and solver groups within Fnac-VandenBorreRegister, replace, and monitor repairs of end-user and industrial hardwareProvide communication between IT and end-users for major incidents and planned interventions PROFILE:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent qualificationFirst-hand experience in IT support (junior positions are acceptable)Good general IT knowledgeBasic knowledge of networks, ICT hardware, and the English languageFluent in both spoken and written Dutch and FrenchCustomer-oriented, results-driven, excellent communication skills, stress-resistant, open-minded, and flexible OUR OFFER:
