  YOUR TASKS:

Process support requests and log them in the ITSM application Providing support over the phone and manning the walk-in desk during office hours Implementing solutions for incidents Monitor open tickets with involved vendors and solver groups within Fnac-Vanden Borre Register, replace, and monitor repairs of end-user and industrial hardware Provide communication between IT and end-users for major incidents and planned interventions   PROFILE:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent qualification First-hand experience in IT support (junior positions are acceptable) Good general IT knowledge Basic knowledge of networks, ICT hardware, and the English language Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and French Customer-oriented, results-driven, excellent communication skills, stress-resistant, open-minded, and flexible   OUR OFFER:
