You have in-depth knowledge of Office 365.
* You have experience with a ticketing system (Fresh, ServiceNow, etc.).Experience with SharePoint, Active Directory, and security groups is a plus.
You have an ITIL Foundation certificate minimum v3 or are willing to obtain it.You are customer and service-oriented and able to prioritize effectively under (time) pressure.You can communicate fluently in Dutch, English, and French.You are willing to work on a rotating schedule.Shift service between 8am - 6pm.On-call service between 6pm - 8am.Company with international visibility.
