Support the appropriate level of service for all 3 sites in Belgium (physical presence is needed) for a centrally provided and maintained IT Infrastructure for:
server, clients, printers and other standardized peripherals, data communication (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN access and required components), voice communication (local and remote);Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure asset management – including hardware lifecycle management and software licensing;Manage system and data access in collaboration with Service Desk;Update and maintain relevant IT documentation;Ensure optimum support for end-users at all times within agreed service levels.Who You Are:

A degree in Information Technology or equivalent experienceAffinity and experience in IT paired with experience in a customer focused role, ensuring customer satisfactionEnglish and Dutch/ Flemish language proficiency Driving licensePreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
