Handling virtual teams across different divisions and entities, including third-party suppliers.
Ensuring projects adhere to Euroclear's internal standards and methodologies.
Leading improvement initiatives and acting as the primary interface between project sponsors/clients and IT services.
ProfileEssential Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing end-to-end IT functional projects exceeding 5000 man-days with a virtual team coordination of at least 30individuals, preferably within the Financial/Banking sector and following Agile methodologies on mainframe platforms.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a SeniorProjectManager in IT.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Strong leadership skills adaptable to various partners and situations.
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, coupled with the ability to learn quickly and synthesize complex information.
Effective negotiation, conflict management, and influencing skills.
Proficiency in task delegation while maintaining overall control and driving tasks to completion.
Provide constructive feedback that leads to positive change.
Assets:
Knowledge of Settlement/Banking domains.
Experience with outsourcing partners and cross-platform implementation.
