You have a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.You have several years of experience in an IT support role.Experience with SharePoint, Active Directory, and security groups is a plus.You have an ITIL Foundation certificate minimum v3 or are willing to obtain it.You are customer and service-oriented and able to prioritize effectively under (time) pressure.You can communicate fluently in Dutch, English, and French.You are willing to work on a rotating schedule.Company with international visibility.
