Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies specific to our IT operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Cybersecurity Oversight:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our cybersecurity controls and protocols.
Work closely with our IT security team to enhance threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.

Data Privacy and Compliance:
Stay informed about data privacy regulations (such as GDPR etc.) and assess their impact on our operations.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant laws and guidelines.

Technology Risk Policies and Procedures:
Develop and maintain IT risk policies and procedures that address areas such as access controls, data encryption, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Regularly review and update these policies to reflect changes in technology and business operations.

Vendor Risk Management:
Evaluate the risk exposure associated with third-party vendors providing IT services or software solutions.
Implement due diligence processes and ongoing monitoring to minimize vendor-related risks.
6.
Incident Response and Business Continuity:
Collaborate with incident response teams to develop and test IT incident response plans.
Ensure that our business continuity plans account for IT-specific risks and disruptions.

Risk Metrics and Reporting:
Define relevant key risk indicators (KRIs) .
Regularly analyze and report on risk metrics to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
How you appear in our dreams A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or technology audit.
Familiarity with financial industry regulations and their impact on IT operations.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
