r/>Working with the stakeholders to capture some of the existing requirements for the tool Translate the collected requirements into RFI/RFP process with vendors in the market Select based on the responses to FRI/RFP the proper tool Assist in implementing the tool itself Requirements Must have criteria Experience with Project management in an IT context Previous experience in projects in introducing Lab Information Management systems (LIMS)/ an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) system (or data management platforms) in a pharma or a scientific setting Soft skills:
ability to understand/relate with the stakeholders requirements and to translate them in a very structured way in order to progress in a technical perspective Min 3-5 years of experience or the very least 1-2 demonstrated contribution to a similar initiative with another customer (introduction of a data management tool or operations management tool in pharma/chemistry setting) Nice to have criteria:
Any certification in Project management Affinity/Knowledge/Background in the general area of research for pharma General ability to do process analysis to formalize/document how certain scientific process will work Ideal profile:
