Responsibilities:
Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with project stakeholdersDevelop and manage detailed project schedules and work plansPlan necessary resources for project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as requiredMeasure project performance to identify improvement opportunitiesProvide regular updates to stakeholders on project strategy, adjustments, and progressManage communications with external partnersAdhere to best practices, procedures, and standardsProfielHigher education degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in one or more project management methodologies such as Prince2, PM-Bok, ScrumStrong problem-solving and leadership skillsProject planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsConflict resolution experiencePlus:
Project management experience in a mixed Mainframe/distributed environmentCertification in a project management methodologyExperience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change managementProficiency in project management software and toolsSkills:
