Manage and strengthen systems to ensure security of IT resources and data protection, and monitor and control them.
Manage and optimize partnerships with application and equipment vendors and subcontractors.
Centralize IT and telecom purchases.
Continuously train Belgian and Dutch personnel.
Ensure that the ERP system is running smoothly.
Troubleshoot, support and train employees in using the ERP system.
Finding solutions, simplifying and optimizing the use of ERP.
Taking an active role in the digitalization of the company, including the development of the e-shop.
Actively participate in the project to implement a CRM (Odoo).
Participate in the development and implementation of a PIM system.
Monitor the development of the current ERP, analyze and evaluate the market.
Have an overall view of the Group's IT architecture, identify the needs of each department.
Suggest improvements to anticipate business development.
Search for the best solutions.
The requested qualifications for this job include:
First successful experience in a similar role.
Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Very well spoken and written French and Dutch.
Organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
Good communication skills.
Curious and open to learn about new IT solutions.
Autonomous, resourceful, passionate, versatile and with good practical insight.
