You will take over the strategic and operational management of our IT team and represent IT topics in the management and specialist departments You will continuously and sustainably evaluate new technologies and solutions You drive forward our digital strategies with a focus on internal digitalization and sustainable modernization and optimization Your tasks will include prioritizing, managing and participating in IT projects as well as presenting proposed solutions and project progress You contribute to the transparent company-wide communication of IT topics as well as to the organization of necessary training courses You are involved in audits and certification processes such as ISO27001 Together with your team, you will be responsible for and report on the following services, among others Data center infrastructure (SAN / backup / VMware), provision of the predominantly Microsoft-based server landscape, LAN / SAN / WAN including all associated security components, client management, application provisioning, service (1st - 3rd level) Your qualification:
You have a degree or vocational training in a computer science-related field or a comparable qualification You have already gained several years of professional and management experience in a comparable role, preferably in a medium-sized company You have extensive knowledge and experience in setting up and expanding system landscapes (networks, client/server structures, cloud services) with Microsoft products, ideally also in the Linux area You have very strong communication skills in German, paired with a hands-on mentality and solution orientation You can and like both:
