Your responsibilities will range from establishing our IT as a professional, internal service provider to the continuous development of our IT security management.
A central focus will be on identifying new technologies, trends and best practices.
You will manage our IT department, improve workflows and ensure a continuous flow of information and employee development You see yourself as an internal service provider, ensure IT operations and IT services and monitor the success of your department on the basis of defined key figures You take on the quality assurance of IT projects in cooperation with the Digital Office and ensure compliance with legal and OOWV-internal framework conditions You further develop the IT strategy and promote the culture of innovation in your department.
You will monitor the market and identify opportunities to integrate new technologies in order to optimize our business processes You ensure data security, data protection and legal compliance and identify and assess IT risks You represent the OOWV on committees and boards, communicate with authorities and other institutions and give specialist presentations Your profile You have a degree, preferably in (business) informatics or a comparable field, or have completed training in the IT sector You have several years of professional experience in IT process organization and/or IT process design You have an appreciative and cooperative approach and already have experience in a managerial role You have already successfully implemented IT strategies and have knowledge of IT project management You are familiar with current IT technologies and trends, have knowledge of IT security management and experience in implementing security measures You are a strong communicator, have a high level of self-management skills and are able to convey technical concepts in a target group-oriented and understandable way A high level of organization, flexibility and strong decision-making skills round off your profile We offer you Flexible working hours Mobile working on several days (e.g.
