Your very first project? Implementing a new tool for thefinance department ! As product referent you will also :
· Support professions in the choice of applications,· Define the general functional specifications ofbusiness projects,· Set up and use, through queries of all types,universes containing the company's key data,· Study and formalize business processes,· Guarantee the consistency of the application andfunctional architecture and its evolution, propose evolution scenarios,· Participate in data governance,· Contribute to the urbanization of the informationsystem,· Provide level 1 support to users,· Participate in consultation phases upstream ofprojects, manage them if necessary,· Carry out functional monitoring on areas within yourscope,· Communicate between the different stakeholders(management, employees, service providers),· Write documentation,· Ensure compliance with quality indicators and ensurereporting to the DSI,· Manage the application mapping of the informationsystem,· Propose scenarios for the evolution of the informationsystem,· Promote advisory and communication actions forinformation system mapping to business departments and general management,· Work in close and permanent contact with businessdirectors,· Facilitate the transfer of knowledge, experience andgood practices to the professions.The position is opened in Paris, Lyon, Bordeauxor Brussels.Occasional trips are to be expected.
Profile About you :
Graduated from master's degree in IT management, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and you have led ERP or software implementation projects in the areas of accounting - Finance, HRIS, production or activity management, CRM…You are able to lead internal projects or in direct contact with service providers by implementing the necessary monitoring tools.You demonstrate rigor, team spirit, organization and pedagogy.You have excellent interpersonal skills , you know how to create buy-in and you have a great sense of service.You are comfortable with Office 365, ETL and business intelligence applicationsFluency in written and spoken French is required.English is a plus.Your career at ADDACTISDo you want to support with rigor and competence a solid and constantly developing structure, agile and driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit?
