The tasks include (amongst others):
Providing day-to-day technical support for your colleagues (on site and remote) Monitoring and follow up of ongoing tickets and local projects, escalate to internal specialists or involve and take over communication with external parties Install, configure and troubleshoot new and existing workstations in compliance with company standards Draw up tutorials and maintain our internal knowledge base for the use and maintenance of systems and applications What LYNX offer A part-time position that you can combine perfectly with studies (or activities you want to pursue). Who are you? IT holds no secrets for you, you have excellent knowledge in administrating Windows 10 clients, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft based client-server architecture and are familiar with a role based access model.
Also the installation and smooth operation of workstations, printers, Wi-Fi and telephony will be a piece of cake for you.
Knowledge of the following is a plus:
Microsoft Active Directory (GPO, security groups); network infrastructure (Firewalls, Switches, VLAN, VPN).
As a supportengineer, you combine your technical expertise with strong communication skills.
You understand and express yourself fluently in English and can also participate in a conversation in Dutch.
A training/degree in ICT is a must.
