Escalate any potential decision or issues that could impact vaccines business performance or reputation.Accountable of housekeeping management strategy and the outsourcing optimization approach (alignment with the Enterprise Facility Management Master Service Agreement of Corporate).Create, develop, manage and deliver quality services to meet and exceed business sector needs, on time, within the budget and in line with Facilities Services/Belgium Site Management & GSK strategy.Identify business needs to ensure smooth delivery of housekeeping services in line with the business needs (S/MPU’s) and develop and deliver the support services on different sites.Provide a high level of customer satisfaction, measurable continuous improvement, added value and develop strategies to improve business performance.Deliver robust contract and performance management, customer interface and relations to meet and exceed service levels.

Measure and communicate results.Represent Housekeeping management in front of auditors during audit.Align the Housekeeping Management with the Corporate Standards; and ensure and demonstrate that services are commercially positioned in the market via active development and participation in internal and external benchmarking, best practice forums to deliver enhanced processes, services at the better value to the company.Optimize and leverage the potential synergy between internal and external contractors or specific partners (Federation, etc.) to contribute to the performance of housekeeping management and to reduce cost.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Housekeeping activities end-to-end:

landscaping, outside & inside cleaning, roads management and snow removal with a team of 2 internal FTE (GSK) and +200 external FTE for all Belgium vaccines sites.

Day to Day monitoring and reporting of Housekeeping activities.

Lead and Oversight of the service providers.

Liaise with key business stakeholders (S/MPU’s) in all services requirements.Ensure Site Housekeeping and monitoring our site authorizations (effluents, noise, soil, groundwater level, etc).

Be the single point of contact (SPOC) of the service suppliers for the external infrastructure, housekeeping and underground network (Zone responsible).

Ensure input to Site Master Plan team as part of the management of complaints from residents and to any contact with the municipal authorities for the management of green spaces (Natagora / DNF)Ensure Landscaping (green zones maintenance) & Roads management (from creation to maintenance) in line with the standards and ensure environmental & sustainable ways of working in housekeeping (eg:

PhytoFree.program).

Ensure the quality and homogeneity of the external green areas of Belgian sitesManage and maintain the cleanliness of outside / inside areas of different categories (roads, parkings, offices / sanitary / meeting rooms / common / etc)Coordination of specific cleaning (warehouse – packaging – QC – grade C & D areas).Manage both capital and operational budget (CAPEX & OPEX) with cost control and services contracts management in order to optimize costs.

Manage the outsourced services providers and related budget.

Settle any claims in accordance with company policy.

Validate the selection and appropriate contractual strategies defined within BeSM Facilities Services.Input of BeSM Site Coordination Comitees (CCS) oversighting all Project Management activities on site via support & check cadastral implantation of new infrastructures.Demonstrate measurable continuous improvement and manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Ensure a technological watch / benchmark (in & out GSK).

Input of global guidelines, best practices and benchmarking as reviewer of Housekeeping Management / EHS policies for all vaccines sites.

Responsible/accountable regarding the respect of EHS standards and policies; and resolve CAPA and audit actions.Organize and/or respond to emergencies on a 24-hour basis when needed.

Provide support during departmental audits and major site events/visits.Ensure the updated Site plans (external infrastructure) and support BeSM Doc & CAD teams supplying site & infrastructure up-to-date information’s.
