Description As part of the Brussels-based IT department, you will be in charge of customer support for Internet applications and internal support for back-office applications.
Your role also includes daily monitoring and control of production on IBM eSeries and Microsoft Windows (printing, backup, incidents, etc.) and network.
You will work in a team and may be required to travel to our branches.
Profile You are fluent in French and Dutch.
With a degree in IT, you have at least one year's experience in a call center/helpdesk role.
You work quickly and accurately, and are rigorous, organized and able to summarize.
You have excellent interpersonal skills.
