Ensure that initiatives defined within the Building Performance excom as well as Group initiatives are implemented in the cluster countries through proper coordination.
Ensure that the interests of the countries in the cluster are represented in the Building Performance SupplyChain Leadership team.
Support and challenge the Country SC managers and local leadership teams in functional strategy formulation, execution and target achievement by increasing SupplyChain efficiency and effectiveness.
Create clarity and reinforce priorities for the countries in the cluster.
Ensure the country SC teams are functioning in the right way and having the right level of discussion.
Create the right environment for all team-mates to contribute their best.
Contribute to the development of Etex overall.
What You'll Bring:
Significant SupplyChainManagement experience, with a clear focus on Customer Services, End to End SupplyChain Planning and Logistics processes.
Significant experience in leading multi-cultural SupplyChainManagement teams including managerial, process, customer value creation, and budgetary experience.
Relevant work experience in a multicultural environment and preferably a matrix organization.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
A genuine people manager, motivated by coaching her/his team, team player, leading by example.
Strong analytical and core business skills incl.
influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
