As head of SmartManufacturingEngineering in Process Control Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of smartmanufacturing initiatives within manufacturing unit.
Your role will be to integrate emerging technologies within automation architecture and automation roadmap to improve operational efficiency, product quality and overall production profitability.
You will drive the automation transformation of our manufacturing process, overseeing teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring effective adoption of smart technologies to guarantee an end-to-end result of the smartmanufacturing technologies.About the responsibilitiesLead and drive the definition of automation smartmanufacturing strategy aligned with strategic objectives of Wavre, Rixensart and Gembloux sitesRecruit, train and motivate staff to ensure automation resources and skillset meet smartmanufacturing initiatives demands, providing technical coaching and training plans as required Evaluate, select and deploy new technologies to optimise production processes.
