This person will be the number one role for technological new projects & initiatives, working closely with clients to get them on board in an efficient manner.
In addition, the responsibilities of the candidate will include:
Playing an important role in business development and client acquisition, demonstrating the firm's technological abilities, developing prototypes, advising clients on how best to structure a projectBringing your technical knowledge on further products or services innovative developmentDriving new projects, such:
as the onboarding of new clients or the launch of new initiatives (e.g.
a new business line, or the collaboration with other firms)Collaborating and sparring with the CEO and other stakeholders for example:
the development team, the project team, the financial engineer, sales and legalTaking responsibility of technological management of the team:
in close collaboration with the lead developer, the Head of ProjectManagement(COO) will make sure the right structure is in place, testing technology, allocating the right people on the right project and motivating & driving the project team - allocating tasks, monitoring, sharing knowledge and coaching, ensuring productivityEnsuring operational efficiency and processing improvementBeing part of the management teamLeading the projectmanagement team of two people, and a collaborative work with a team of 6 developersEnsuring a culture of ambitious growth, teamwork and ethical behaviorThe Successful ApplicantThe Head of ProjectManagement(COO) has extensive expertise in projectmanagement and corporate technology (system architecture).
Furthermore:
Holding a Master's degree in computer science, business management or engineeringDemonstrating previous experience in a consulting company, or high technology company providerA previous experience of developer is strongly appreciatedManaged large enterprise migrations, from gap analysis to project plan to testingStrong communication skills and stakeholder management:
