The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, online marketing and B2B inside/digital sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in data-driven environments.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Cross Sales will lead a multidisciplinary team of marketing, product, and sales professionals to effectively promote and sell our cutting-edge software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop cross-sell strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive group-wide cross-selling strategy to promote and sell our products primarily to existing customers (including resellers/agencies), with a focus on enhancing their online service offerings.

Facilitate customer acquisition plans:

Work with regional marketing teams to deliver increasing new customer volumes, leveraging customer segmentation and personalized messaging to drive adoption of new software products among different customer segments.

Collaborate with stakeholders:

Collaborate with the Product and Revenue functions to identify opportunities for cross-selling and develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Lead your team:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing, product, sales and data professionals, providing guidance and support to build cross-sell launch plans and drive performance and achieve revenue targets.

Monitor performance:

Continuously monitor the performance of cross-sell initiatives, tracking key metrics such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

Analyse data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and refinement of cross-selling initiatives.

Drive towards targets:

Set and achieve monthly recurring revenue targets for cross-sell initiatives, collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to drive upsell opportunities and maximize revenue generation from existing customers.

Continuously improve:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings and internal M&A efforts to continuously improve our cross-selling strategy and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience in sales management and online marketing ideally within a software and or services business familiar with recurring revenue models.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Relevant experience and track record in the specific context of cross-selling at scale in matrix organisations.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and methodologies, with the ability to ideate and develop effective go-to-market plans.

Strong understanding of sales culture development and experience of either managing or working closely with sales teams working to challenging targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven decision-making and generate strategic insights from tactical data inputs Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving revenue targets through cross-selling initiatives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
