Exciting times ahead! As our Hardware & IntegrationExpert, you will investigate & execute all technical (hardware/network/integration) requests from our customers, working closely with the team of Implementation Consultants, Support Team, and Product Team to escalate issues and improve our product.
Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for for all Access Control System & Weighing System integrations, documentation & 3rd line support during rollout You will also take the lead in all product offerings related to hardware, including research, design, documentation and rollout.
Some examples are dock sensors, event alerter, ANPR,..
.
You will be the API/Integrations expert within the company.
You assist the implementation team with integration questions.
You take ownership of the difficult hardware problems that come from our clients or Implementation consultants.

In-depth explanation of the Peripass Architecture & Requirements (hardware/network) Answering security questionnaires from Customer Success Managers. Tackle issues with hardware installations.

Probably by now, you already have a good idea of who are we looking for, but here are some pointers:
At least 4 years of experience in hardware technical support or hardwareintegration development.
You have technical knowledge about API (REST/SOAP), logging and monitoring.
A good working proficiency in Dutch .
You can have a professional conversation in English since that is our internal language.
Concepts such as SaaS software, integrations, API and networking have no secrets for you.
You have an analytical, problem-solving mindset You are an excellent communicator and you are customer oriented .
