With ambitions like this, imagine what you could do?About the P&O Technology TeamAs HRIS Manager you are responsible within the P&O Tech team for the globally used P&O Technology solutions and in this way supporting the P&O processes within his/her area of responsibility.

This by implementing process improvements and building up HR-IS solutions/systems together with the P&O stakeholders through analysis, design and project management.

The position is located in our office in the center of Brussels.What you will be doingRun (management of existing solutions (upgrades, testing, incident management, enhancements)Global focus:

Design and maintain a consistent and optimized HR Systems landscape (SAP HR/SuccessFactors), including interfaces with other systems such as FI/CO, 3rd parties & cloud Technology.Create synergies by exchange of proven HR solutions with the different regions.

Streamline all local and global developments.Coordinate, plan and align maintenance on the HR-IS systems with IS, P&O Operations teams and suppliers.Make detailed analysis and design of new requests from the HR regions which are the basis for the development teams of our suppliers.

Provide 3rd level support on HR Technology, mainly SAP HR/SuccessFactors and case management solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact for end users during changes, inquiries, and issues.

Challenge conventional practices and provide customer-oriented support using automation.Prepare and secure documentation and provide training/guidance on the changes and new implementationsUtilize automation to analyse and outline requirements that impact processes and users, ensuring the delivery of seamlessly functioning solutions.Understanding the P&O system environment in order to harmonize and automate processes.

Local focus Time & payroll solutions Belgium:

Manage and implement successfully changes in the HR-IS environment together with the technical support of our suppliers.Work on and coordinate projects.

Log issues where needed and do quality checks on the implementation.

Assign, manage and prioritize new changes and related testing’s.Coordinate issue logging, distribution to the correct suppliers, testing by P&O Operations teams, and take care issues are solved correctly and documented well.

Build new solutions and major enhancementsAnalyze and design, in co-operation with P&O and the business units, HR tech solutions for new requirements.Act as the lead to globally roll out HR-IS process changes and solutions (from the analysis phase to the final realization and roll out).

Detect opportunities within your domain of responsibility for technology and process improvements & automations, discuss them with stakeholders and after approval brings these into realization.

Define and roll out new workflows and automations/RPA within the P&O case management solutionLocal focus on Belgium (C&B, Time and Payroll) solution in SAP HR to take the lead in coordinating system changes, enhancements & projects from start to finish Internal and external Partnering (getting the best out of partner agreements, implementation of new agreements, negotiation, planning)Be one of the main contact persons for P&O CoE’s, P&O operations teams and the BU’s for support on HR-IT related topics.

Steer P&O communities in the adoption of new processes and technologiesEnsure that the local IS teams and external suppliers provide high quality service with respect to design and technical support/advice.A number of suppliers are contracted to support Umicore in the maintenance and the deployment of the HR-IS systems.

In this context manage consultants for the implementation of specific support services or projects.Who we are looking forYou hold a degree or equal through experience with HR technology Relevant working experience (min.

3 years) Experience in P&O process analysis/descriptions and P&O process changes and linking this to technology.

Overall in-depth functional knowledge of HR/IS Systems (SAP and SuccessFactors).Functional/Technical experience in SAP HR Time Management and/or PayrollExperience in process automations and case management solutionsFirst experience as P&O or HR-IS project manager.HR operational expertise (managing, improving and implementing services and processes in area of expertise
