As a Junior Workday HCM Consultant, you will:
Provide comprehensive support to administrators and users, ensuring a seamless Workday experience.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, optimizing client operations.
Analyze and implement change requests, tailoring Workday to meet specific organizational needs.
Generate insightful reports and monitor service commitments, ensuring project success.
Support the project team and share your knowledge through updated training materials.
The position is available in Luxembourg, Belgium and Netherlands.
YOUR PROFILE You have 1+ years of demonstrated effective HRIS Projets experience, knowledge of Workday is an asset A keen desire to learn and contribute to a growing practice You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
We are looking for consultants with language skills in Dutch & English OR French & English OR all of those three combined You enjoy being client facing as from day one.
You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds.
