PurposeAs a People Partner at Be-Mobile & Clearmedia, you will impact the business through delivering an excellent employee and leader experience.

You will partner with the business teams and guide the overall talent lifecycle of the employee.Next to this you help design and execute on the People & Culture strategy by working with the business and HR colleagues on employee experience and hands on solutions & people projects / programs.

You report to the HR Manager of Proximus ICT (serving a wider range of IT affiliates) and will join a team of enthusiastic People Partners.

You will have the opportunity to create impactful HR tracks in a highly dynamic environment with a lot of diversity.

Responsibilities You act as an HR go to person for the business.

You invest in truly getting to know our employees and what they care about, acting as a coach and advisor.In cocreation with the business and the HR team, you contribute to the People plan of the future, in line with the business priorities of the company.You drive HR projects.

You implement them and do the communication in the areas of organizational & individual development, performance management, engagement, culture,…Learning & development is one of your focus areas:

you advise on the development needs of the organization and you co-facilitate changes and transformations.You respond to individual people matters, whether it is a development question, a wellbeing topic, onboarding, internal mobility, performance questions,…You use HR data and insights to monitor levels of engagement and identify any areas for improvement and use the information to deliver the best solutions.You hold a strong connection and collaboration with the HR expertise teams in recruitment and in compensation & benefits.

Profile:

As a People Partner you role model our core values, demonstrate and coach others on how to lead with a talent first mindset, and deliver on key HR programs that make the difference for the business & employees.

Furthermore:

You hold a master in HR or have a similar backgroundYou have at least 5 years of experience in HR with a good understanding of HR management and a people central mindsetYou have a good level of Dutch and English.

French is a plus.You are enthusiastic to take up HR Projects and explore new challengesYou are a natural team player, ready to collaborate on transversal projects and to build strong connections with your colleaguesYou are a strong communicator, navigating difficult discussions, convincing others as well as presenting new initiativesYou are curious and able to quickly learn and adapt.
