Job Purpose As Talentacquisitionspecialist you are responsible for delivering an effective recruitment strategy that allows the EMIA HQ and Benelux organization to perform at its best, in close collaboration with the rest of the HR team.
The role will be far from one-dimensional.
You will undertake a wide range of HR responsibilities and Talentacquisition projects, using SuccessFactors as our HRIS.
Main responsibilities You will work closely with the HR manager and the HR Training specialist to support the different HR Business Partners.
You will also act as the main point of contact for employees’ and managers queries on HR-related topics that fall under your main responsibilities.
TalentAcquisition You will work closely with the HR team and business stakeholders (hiring managers) to understand the recruitment needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies accordingly.
You are responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring the best talents in the market, all while factoring in the long-term goals of the EMIA HQ.
Furthermore, you will be involved in talent retention, using various tools to bolster employee engagement, satisfaction, and ultimately, retention.
You identify the causes of employee turnover, devising initiatives to address these causes, and continuously evaluate the efficacy of our retention initiatives.
Last but not least, you promote the company’s brand through various recruitment initiatives and events.
Onboarding You are responsible for the delivery of the Onboarding program for new employees.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring new employees are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
You will implement and manage onboarding processes that facilitate the smooth transition of new hires into their roles.
Additionally, you will serve as a sound board for new employees, providing guidance and support as they acclimate to our company culture and procedures.
Other Projects & Processes Support the local implementation of strategic EMIA projects.
Proactively contributing to ideas generation, activities implementation and communication plan Support employee engagement activities (also related to our employee engagement survey, career week, wellbeing week) Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices Learning specific tools/assessments to support HR Processes (e.g.
Harrison certification to support employees in their development journey) Profile requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Recruitment & Development or HR Generalist Experience in multinational companies, in a matrix organization is an asset Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems like SuccessFactors, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed High-level customer service skills including outstanding interpersonal skills Ability to develop strong working relationships with team, internal partners, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high quality service High level of resilience Fluent in English (verbal and writing) Possess initiative & drive, with a strong desire to continuously improve & deliver against agreed objectives/ service levels and high on customer orientation.
