The HRSC aims to help Lineas achieve modal shift by creating high-quality, efficient and scalable HR business processes.
Personnel Administration:
Responsible for all employment-related administration of all Lineas colleagues in our SAP :
SuccessFactors.Payroll:
payroll preparation, payroll implementation, processing of tasks after payroll processing (reports, checks, etc.).Helpdesk:
as head of the human resources department, you are the first point of contact for all employees regarding their employment with Lineas.Administration:
preparation of employment contracts and amendments, management of personnel and insurance files, processing of industrial accident files, administration in the event of termination of employment.Processes:
execution of all existing HRSC processes in accordance with standard operating procedures and established standards.
Ambitious and enthusiastic about sharing new ideas and putting them into practice.Follow up non-individual recurring tasks.
What's your profile? As an HR Service Officer, you will have a good knowledge of payroll and demonstrable experience of personnel administration.
Previous experience with eBlox and/or Successfactors is a plus.You are a people personYou are service - and process-orientedYou have excellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeYou are fluent in Dutch or French, but you can also communicate fluently in our other national language.
Communication will be in English, so knowledge is requiredYou will work two days a week at one of our sites in the Belgian ports, depending on the ad hoc requirements to serve the various stations.
One day a week, you will meet the team at our headquarters in Brussels.
