You are autonomously managing the payroll and the extra-legal benefits from A to Z You take care of the administrative follow-up of the employees from onboarding to offboarding (contracting, HRIS input and maintenance) You are familiar with offering employees the answers they need as well as guidance on matters such as payroll, maternity/ sickness leave, contract & payment questions, benefits, etc.

You are following the changes on the Belgian labor law upfront, and you ensure a proper implementation when needed You provide financial-related reporting when needed as well as mandatory HR reportings.

You are a key contributor to compensation and Benefits projects aiming at structuring, optimizing and flexibilizing the compensation package offered to the Monizzers You will be constantly on the look-out for automation opportunities and technical improvements within the HR domain You are managing the student pool (request from business, contract creation and follow-up) What you will bring :

A strong interest and curiosity for hard HR and HR-related administrative processes.

Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis on business management or HR.? 2 years of HR experience.? Excellent communication skills.

Ability to build long-term trusted relationships.? Spirit of initiative and sense of responsibility.

Good knowledge of Belgian labour law and payroll.

You have excellent Microsoft office skills, especially Excel skills.

You are a wizard when it comes to organizational and time management skills, and you are pro-active.

You are accurate and rigorous in your approach.

You speak French or Dutch and have a professional command of the other national language.

Experience with SD Worx Payroll, Mbrella, Officient are a plus
