You are autonomously managing the payroll and the extra-legal benefits from A to ZYou take care of the administrative follow-up of the employees from onboarding to offboarding (contracting, HRIS input and maintenance)You are familiar with offering employees the answers they need as well as guidance on matters such as payroll, maternity/ sickness leave, contract & payment questions, benefits, etc.You are following the changes on the Belgian labor law upfront, and you ensure a proper implementation when neededYou provide financial-related reporting when needed as well as mandatory HR reportings.You are a key contributor to compensation and Benefits projects aiming at structuring, optimizing and flexibilizing the compensation package offered to the MonizzersYou will be constantly on the look-out for automation opportunities and technical improvements within the HR domainYou are managing the student pool (request from business, contract creation and follow-up)What you will bring :

A strong interest and curiosity for hard HR and HR-related administrative processes.Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis on business management or HR.?2 years of HR experience.?Excellent communication skills.Ability to build long-term trusted relationships.?Spirit of initiative and sense of responsibility.Good knowledge of Belgian labour law and payroll.You have excellent Microsoft office skills, especially Excel skills.You are a wizard when it comes to organizational and time management skills, and you are pro-active.You are accurate and rigorous in your approach.You speak French or Dutch and have a professional command of the other national language.Experience with SD Worx Payroll, Mbrella, Officient are a plus
