Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sr HR Manager, HR business partners, and employees in Kontich Manage HR administration tasks, including mail triage, filing, etc.
Handle onboarding, promotions, and SuccessFactors registration for new hires and changes Provide ad hoc support to the HR team Manage government support requests for training hours (Vlaams Opleidingsverlof) Support wellbeing policy implementation and liaise with external service (IDEWE) Qualifications:
University degree 2-3 years of experience in HR Fluency in Dutch and English Familiarity with Protime suite, MS Office, e-Blox Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Understanding of employment and social law What Sets You Apart:
