You update internal databases (Salesforce, Talentsfoft, Primetime, etc.).
You prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, addendums, certificates, new hire guides.
You handle the On/Off boarding process.
You assist with work permit applications, both for internal and international mobilities.
You conduct 1-1 meetings and follow-ups with employees.
You update Intranet content.
You prepare internal communications.
You provide administrative support to the Well-Being committee.
You manage invoices and cooperation agreements.
You respond to employees' queries about HR-related issues.
You review HR processes and update them.
You manage the collaboration and organization of different HR projects (IDEWE, Benefits@Work, social initiatives, etc.).
You provide support to the HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner.
You ensure that all employees and internal department questions are answered and dealt with in a timely manner.
You partner with SD Worx to maintain a high level of service.
You advise employees about general administrative HR matters.
You handle daily administrative tasks.
Profile You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Office Management.
You have at least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or in a similar role.
You have fluent communication skills in French, Dutch, and English (oral & written).
You possess a good knowledge of Belgian Social law.
You have an excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.).
You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
You are extremely rigorous and very well organized.
You have an attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
You are autonomous in your work.
You possess problem-solving skills.
You are internal customer-oriented.
