Experience more than 10 years in HR with at least one as managerExperience in several domain of HR (Payroll or Labor relations, or recruitment or People development, training)Able to drive the function with key indicatorAble to build and lead an HR strategyAbility to work in a multi-cultural environment and team workFrench speaker / English fluentExperience in Automotive and/or aerospace industry experience, nice to haveGood knowledge social law and Unions managementAlready exposed in company turnaround with change managementExperience in an international company with matrix's organizations and headquarter/plant relationFull package with a company car MichaelPage LiègeWallonia
