Your futures responsibilities Recruitment Tracking recruitment process and updating system Prepare and post job ads online Help with CV screening and application forms Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates Maintain candidate database Talent Management & HR projects Assist with new hire onboarding Assist in planning surveys Prepare HR-related reports as needed Assist with the employee performance management process Ensure the follow-up on the learning path for the employees Update our internal databases with new employee information Assist on the CSR project Assist the HR team in every HR projects Bring new fresh ideas? Requirements You pursue a third year Bachelor or a Master’s degree studies within the HR domain or similar field You speak English and French You are a curious, self-driven, eager to learn and a positive person You have good organizational skills You have the ability to multi-task Available for 4 to 6 months starting according to our availability The internship is supported and covered by a contract provided by your school As part of the benefit of working with us your commuting expenses are reimbursed (be aware this internship is unpaid) Benefits According to the Belgian law, our internships are unpaid but Sparkers reimburses your commuting expenses.
